Online safety at Christmas & After

Jesus said, ‘I am the Good Shepherd… I know my sheep and my sheep know me.’ John 10.14

Keeping children safe is always at the forefront of our thinking, and not just when they’re here with us at school. Staying safe online is getting more and more important and we all need to know how to protect children and young people (and ourselves!) from all the new and ever-changing risks which the online world can pose.

You can always find advice and links to a wide range of organisations on our Online Safety page, but from time to time we also run free training and information sessions for parents in school. Our next session is on Friday 19th January at 2:00 pm (it will finish in good time to pick up your children from school as usual). The training is free and will be lead by Dr Foster using material provided by Skips Safety Net. If you would like to come, please book a place (so we know how many to expect) using the button below.

Dr Foster’s letter also has details of the Skips Safety Net Christmas online safety information. Many children may receive new online tech as gifts and we all known how important it is for adulst to monitor and manage how these devices are used to keep our children safe.
