Our Harvest church service this year will be held on Friday 20th September at 2.30pm in St.
Mary’s Church in Bayford. As usual, all family members are welcome to join us. If any adults
are able to help walk children from school to church for our service, please contact Mrs Sims
in the office to let her know or speak to your child’s class teacher. For children who use the
school bus, we will arrange for it to pick up from church instead of school that day. However,
if you will be attending the service and, therefore, your child won’t need the bus, please let
the bus company know. If you won’t be joining us for the service, please note that you will
need to collect your child from the church at 3.15pm instead of from the school.
We will be collecting harvest gifts which will be donated to the local food bank
(please see the list of donatable items below). Could we please ask that harvest gifts are
brought into school during next week. Please do not send any perishable goods as they will
remain in the church for a couple of weeks before being distributed to some local residents
and the food bank.
