Now we’re into the season of Advent and the first door is open on our Advent Calendars, the whole school is getting ready for Christmas! Over the last few weeks of term we’re looking forward to lots of events to help us prepare for the big day, including the Early Years Nativity play, Christmas Show, pantomime, Christmas lunch, and our Christmas service in the parish church. Class 2 are taking part this evening in the Hertford, Ware and District Schools Carol Service, and Class 1 have been really busy decorating their classroom, with a whole window illustrating the town of Whoville, Dr Seuss’ special place where the Grinch stole Christmas! We hope that our whole school community will enjoy our special events… If only we had a hall big enough to fit everyone in at once!
